This long-lasting treatment [effective up to 70 washes], offers scientifically-proven protection against; mosquitoes, ticks, ants, flies, fleas, chiggers and midges [no-seeums] - many of which can carry dangerous diseases such as malaria or Lyme disease. Insect Shield® is colorless and odorless and is effective without needing to apply chemicals [such as DEET] directly onto the skin. MATERIALS 100% silk

High quality silk is the optimum fabric for minimizing packing size and weight. Silk is breathable, soft to your skin and responds well to changing temperatures. It keeps you cool in the tropics and toasty in the mountains.

Hand or machine wash (86°F/30°C) with mild detergent. Rinse in cool water. Do not bleach. Do not iron. No dry cleaning. Do not wring. Air dry. Wash colors separately.
