WARRANTY POLICY
COCOON offers a LIFETIME warranty on all gear. Warranty requests are considered for defects in product manufacturing.  COCOON does not warranty products against normal wear and tear, unauthorized modifications or alterations, improper use, improper maintenance, misuse or neglect, or if the product is used for a purpose for which it is not intended.  If the product is beyond its practical lifetime and a product is no longer being produced, it is challenging to replace the product.  We try hard to repair products or offer replacement parts at a minimal cost or no charge when we can. 

A COCOON discount will only be offered if the product is no longer available. Except as expressly set forth in these terms and conditions, COCOON is not liable for any direct, indirect or consequential damages arising out of or resulting from the use of a COCOON product.  Processing of repair claims can take between 2 and 6 weeks depending on the time of year.  Warrantied products will be replaced or repaired at COCOON’S discretion.

How do I make sure the valve is in the "inflate" position?

You can put a few breaths into the pillow and push it to see if the air is escaping.  If it is, then the valve is in the open position.  Take your finger and twist the red "button" in the valve so the straight line aligns with the arrows on the cap. Also, make sure you put the cap back on, this will ensure no air will escape.

My pillow is not inflating what's wrong?

It is possible that the red "button" on your valve is in the open position.   Take your finger and twist the red "button" in the valve so the straight line aligns with the arrows on the cap.  Also, don't forget to push the cap on, his will ensure no air will escape.

Our first generation of pillows do not allow us to remove the bladder without cutting the seam on the cover.  We do have a replacement bladder that will fit the first generation pillows if you are capable of cut/sewing the cover.

  • Please make sure the item(s) is clean and dry. Our policy requires that all items accepted for inspection be received in laundered condition. Items not clean enough to work on will be returned to you. While we understand this may be inconvenient, we want to ensure the health and welfare of our Returns Department staff. 
  • Use a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance for your package. COCOON is not responsible for lost or damaged packages. Please be sure to include your name, email and return address inside the shipping box.
